| I think it's pretty obvious this song is about someone who was molested and possibly beaten as a child by someone in their family, probably the father. I got the molested part from the lines "It was his hands that touched me." "It was my innocence that you took when you threw me on the bed." and " You took somethign you can't return." The beaten part from the lines "It was his hands that hurt me." | |

| It's very obvious this song is indeed talking about what fadingreflection was talking about. I think it's most obvious in the line "this is beauty. A sickening concern for the transience of flesh." It's talking about how celebrities become obsessed with their skin aging and loosing their beauty. This band has quite possibly the best lyrics I've ever read. | |
