In the verses, he's talking about himself... "I can't help what i hear in my head", "it's the switch that i flip when he says". Him being the voice in his head. I also think he's talking to himself in the chorus... But i'm not too sure on that. One thing's for certain. He went insane and killed his girlfriend. |

Dude, he fucking killed her. Besides, it's "soaked in blood for what she said" in the first verse. And the "oh my god, have i done it again" part is pretty obvious. And yeah, the stain on his hand is RED. Not real. |
