One of my real favorites! Winter's leaving & fragile icicles are melting... Tori's always had (& probably has still) interesting discussions about the bible with her father (a priest!). She had a special view on the religion "stuff". "The book surely misses some pages" - just think about the three Eves (nevermind...)! Kind of unconventional to masturbate, when the other's are at mass... But then again: no taboos! | Tori wrote this song because her husband's father had died and it was difficult for her to help Mark in his grief... So one day she sat on the piano and played this song and Mark came by and sat by her side. He felt understood, it brought them both closer together again - it's hard for people to share grief, but Tori found a way for them... =) | |
