I love this song. I like the Beatles. This song makes me happy as soon as I hear it. I can't help but smile. Sometimes at school, I'll start singing this song, then my friends will join in. (Not something you see a lot among a bunch of 15 year old girls, but whatever.) This song kicks butt! |

This is probably my most favorite song in the world, even though it gets me kind of sad. This song makes my heart ache like crazy. And yes, there are some Christian references, but for me it's a love song. It describes how I feel about someone I've known for a while (hence, the "makes my heart ache" thing).
Also, for those who say Lifehouse is a Christian band, I read in an interview that while the members are Christian, they don't want to be categorized that way because they want everyone to be able to enjoy their music. Not just Christians and they want everyone to interpret the songs however they want to.

I love this song, but why must Rodney Jerkins say "Darkchild" in all his songs? It's really annoying. I don't see the Neptunes saying their name in songs that they produce. But this song is good. Monica's a great singer. |

At first, I never considered this, but now that I'm older and know "what my body's going through", I now honestly think that this song is about a girl with PMS telling her boyfriend that it's not his fault that she's in a crappy mood, so he shouldn't leave her. This is one of my most favorite songs. And I know that what I'm about to say is kind of cheesy, but this song kind of helped me realize how I truly feel about one of my guy friends, esp. with the chorus. Also, I agree with TasChiBandGirl. And just so you know, I happen to be Person A and it really sucks and the aforementioned guy friend would be Person B. Like I said, I know all of that sounded cheesy like some romantic movie, but it's sadly true. |
