I don't think this song is about Johnny's leaving the band i think its about a girl he's breaking up with because hes been touring because the first verse sounds like that especially how he didn't think hed be away so long and the real job part i also think theyre growing apart cause they have just changed so much and theyre not the people they used to be but i love this song cause i can relate to it...like theyre breaking up and he knows its not right anymore but he'll still miss it and thats how it is in more relationships in the end theres some words that are sung in the background that are kinda hard to hear: The years that we've been through Were not meant to hurt you Its felt wrong for so long so now we can move on As time helps the healing I can't help but feeling That goodbye and thank you Are the only words that i can say to you |
