| being that you are the coolest person on the earth......... tsl hasn't changed much....... and who have they sold out to, their old fans? i don't really see many 12 year old girls running around singing the starting line songs...... selling out isn't changing how you write songs or what you write songs about........ it's changing yourself to become popular...... a popular example..... new found glory or good charlotte, a year ago they weren't very big then their new cds came out and they were the biggest hit just because they changed how they sounded to appeal to the dumb 13 year old girls... being an old fan of both i got the new cd and then proceeded to sell it to a 15 year old girl at my school because they were crap...... so in other words.... the starting line hasn't sold out because nothing has really changed. oh, and tell me when the starting line was truly punk.... music is like a religion, some people might like islam, some people might like christianity, some people might like punk some people like rap..... in the end people will disagree on various things and make fun of the other for what they believe in/listen to........ grow up | |
