I think this song is about revenge, like Risk said... In the first verse he says "they're gonna rip it off taking their time right behind my back", and i think it means some kind of plot against him... "and i'm talking to myself at night because I can't forget... back and forth through my mind behind a cigarette", to me, means that he already noticed them ploting against him. And finally, the part "..and if i catch you comin' back my way i'm gonna sell it to you" could mean that he's finally decided to do something about it... his revenge... It could always mean that the voice in my head made me write this crap, but i doubt it, because i actualy think i submitted this on my own.... |

Personally, I'd take the theory about an alter personality or alter ego that makes a person "go cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs". "Dani the girl is singing songs to me beneath the marquee... overload! "... I think overload means that his head gets all messed up, and this is why i think he gets overloaded: He's "Standin' in line" waiting for some kind of show (probably Blue's clues on ice!) with "Danny the girl" (which i think could be his little sister), singing some kind of songs (probably blue's clues theme) while they're under the "light on heavy glow", plus, he's "waiting for..." which could always mean MORE CHILDREN!!. This is why i think he gets tired and he explodes on a rampage of "steak knife, card shark, con job, boot cut" which i dont really know what could it mean, so there... at least thats what i think it means. |
