Try actually reading the song lyrics before you make assumptions. This song shows no disrespect towards Dr. Seuss... "the dream sea has been poisoned" "innocence suffocated in its sleep" The death of innocence, poisoning of creativity and dreams... doesn't sound like disrespect to me. |
