hey.. does anyone else notice a reference to eating disorders in some of conor's songs? like this and 'neely o'hara'. i've seen it in a few other songs i've failed to remember the titles of. and the cover art to "every day and every night". hate to mention it, but even the desaparecidos song 'what's new for fall' says "i shouldn't eat so much." hm. even so. the songs are great. if you can write and sing and play, you're good to go. |

i listened to this song for about two and a half hours to-night. it's so enchanting. and you can depict joe knapp's voice in the chorus and such. i think they make a beautiful team. anyways, this song is insanely great. |

i first heard this when i was half asleep. then i woke up and was like "whoaaa." i've listened to it a few times since. it is the most hilarious thing in the world. especially: the arienette reference, "no i didn't." to the depression statement, the safety pin thing, and when he asks the guy about hearing things. i don't know. the guy is amazing, that's for sure. |
