although i realize every song kinda means something different to each person but this song was about how when jon was getting off the drugs and alcohol and shit he was flipping out and taking everything out on the band and sort of forced them out of his life temporarily and left him "alone [to] break" he broke down after sorting his life and body out but did it alone because he forced his friends away......it's sort of a triumph song for jon in my mind |
