Before I explain what I believe this song means there are some things I have to mention. In philosophy/spirituality it is said that to reach enlightenment is to reach the state where we accept everything as it is and at this stage nothing moves you, you just are and no force can ever move you coz you cimply choose to be and do what you want. An example for that is Jesus christ. This is simply the meaning that the song is expressing. Just be calm and be in the moment and observe. Observe everything but do not let it move you for you are the observer not the observed. You are just being still and observing. |

I beieve this song explains how the present moment, the moment of now is eternal reality and the only moment in existence. It also points out that we must embrace it and live in the Now rather that be off thinking of something in the past or the future which is all that the mind does thus we muct escape that prison and live and just be in the moment coz thats the only reality and our bodies are no more than a disguise that our souls wear. Thus in reality we are eternal, we as in spirit. The song also explains how we do not remember who we really are and says that the only way to become or to re-member who we are we must live in and embrace the present moment and just be. |

I totally agree with ProstheticS. Actually Myanard himself said in more than one show that the song explores the psycho therapy method proposed by carl jung. U can download the live version of the song and hear it ur self. And if u read more on carl jung's work u will see the connection of the unconsious that ProstheticS talks about. |
