To me, the line where it goes, "and tell me when you leave, so i can finally breathe, though suffocating isn't so bad" has a personal meaning to me. Im sure most other people who have been dumped felt the same way. But to me, its that feelign where you're feeling like crap and you know that moving on would be the best thing to do, but you dont want to move on, because that would mean not caring about the person anymore. So you enjoy the "suffocating" (the suffering with heartache) to cling onto what you thought was love. |

Actually, the lyrics spoken at the end is from a movie called, "A Bronx Tale." In the movie, this small time mafia boss was telling this kid he took under his wing sorta as his son (even though his real dad was still alive) and was telling him how to be sure that the girl he was about to go a date with, was the "right girl." |
