Their heart is in the music not what becomes of it... sure theyll make money but its just a living really. Im sure when most bands started money wasnt the main objective. |

I think this song does mean temptation..the poison water may be alcohol and the person offereing it is the addiction yet the person he loves most is telling him to stop... but then again it could be about cheating and dishonesty where someone is offereing him poisoned water (which may taste sweet but is still poison) and the person he loves most is still in his mind telling him to stop, but he just cant override it...that feeling I mean |
