This song sums up my general attitude toward the album entire: crappy lighthearted rock glazed over with production to hide the boring melodies, weak songwriting, and ultimate lack of originality; turning SSLYBY into something more akin to, gasp, The Get Up Kids--which actually makes me shiver while writing--rather than keeping true to their unique sound on Broom. Awful. Awful. Such a disappointing album--except for the Single, which is sadly the only positive thing on the album |
