I think these lyrics are about long distance romance, probably some kinda internet romance ("satellites mediate for us the day's events through fiber optics i hope we can change the same" and "my faith in zeros and ones to host our romance") and it seems like it's a pretty one sided and obsessive romance. |

"guy pop punk is where its at and thats what fata is all about" hahah genius :oD There are also some people who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about, yet they think they're really knowledgeable. like whoever said fata are "as hardcore as they get" haha fata are not hardcore. it isn't up for debate. they aren't. the end. anyway, very ace song and i think the rape meaning fits pretty well. but there could be loadsa other interpretations... for example i don't think that the sample really fits with the rape interpretation. but perhaps its an entirely random sample. who knows. |

pig destroyer are so damn ace. i think that this song is a true reflection of love.. love isn't perfect and it has it's fucked up sides and fucked up elements. it's about how totally devastated you feel after losing love... you feel crucifried. and you want to die. and no matter what you try to do to distance yourself from your love... you cant stop "cutting myself on scraps of you". I think most of it is fairly obvious, but yet really poetic. |

I think the apocalyptic mentions are metaphors for heart break...and how when your heart is broken, it seems like the world is coming to and end or might as well do. But it could be taken as a reflection on society too. |
