dbcgrl156 hit it right on the head. It makes me feel bad that i get enjoyment by listing to him tell his stories of sorrow. But if it is any condolence to him, every time I here hs songs I also relive the moments of pain that each song means to me. We al relate, so it is not only him that is reliving and renewing thes wounds, we are all sharing in this. It hurts to listen to these songs, but it is needed and has really helped me to heal, and get over y past terrible relationship. I'm glad that he put himself out on the line for us, and I wish that he new how much that we aprecciate it. I just wish that I could have been the first to point out the meaning of this song, but I did come to that conclusion before I read dbcgrl156's post, if that means anything. I am the biggest dashboard fan ever, nOt that I am fat, but that I like them a lot. every time mygirlfriend hears his songs, she thinks of my heart break from my past relationship, and it makes her sad for me. My new girlfriend is great. We just sit in her room and listen to dashboard and make out. It is great! |

yeah.....this song is a mix, of my ex and I. and my new girl and myself. I loved my ex, but she fell out, and with my new girl, it is like her sing to me, but then I gave in and fell with her. This song is great and so beautiful. DC is the best. I can't wiat to see them in a couple of weeks. Two nights in a row. i'm gonna have Chris sign the dashboard of my impala. It will be great. |

YOu call yourselves DC fans. Ha. A true DC fan will follow chris wherevere his music leads him. I enjoy all of his stuff, and this is a forgery is even growing on me. His songs are about him, and people close to him. Not about what you want. If you don't like it then stop listing, but don't complain. He is a growing musician, and this if this is the road thta he is taking then so be it. I love DC and nothing will change that. |
