these guys sucked when they first came out and this song carries on that legacy, beside being totally and completely incapable of comprehending empathy, its also just a real shallow song. in my not-so-humble opinion, if you can deduce a songs meaning by reading the title, you really should move on to something else in your life, because song writer is not your forte. and apparently, by the looks of a quick google, Calibretto 13 has done just that, "10.30.04 CALIBRETTO'S FINAL SHOW", praise him from whom all blessings flow. |

| Elliott Smith – Baby Britain Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| this song is an amazing insite into Elliots own hypocracy, or perhaps his schizophrenia, trying to convince himself that his own depression is just a by-product of his idealistic "anti" personna and not a life encompassing or ending disease. for me it epitomizes elliot and the rage i feel about his suicide. | |

| Zao – Endure Lyrics | 23 years ago |

probably one of the more insightful songs by the second zao line up iteration (of twenty?) . seems hes conveying the inverse effects of the christian faith and christian elitism. the separation from those that christians are ment to serve. its quite humorous as this seems to be the present state of the members of zao. sean had a deeper sence of humility of the human spirit (generally speaking) than anyone ive ever incountered. something that ive never seen in a christian before, and it because of him that, even though i have no intrest in christianity or the beliefs attached to it, I have extreme respect for his words and i can relate to it in ways outside the bounds of a religous perspective. after sean left the band, with Jessie as front man and dan on the second albumn, lost the presence it had. While the music was still excellent, the etheral impact was lost. if anyone has anymore info on "symphony in peril" let me know late matt |
