A couple of my friends and I put this song on a CD we made for our friends that moved away right after Graduation, instead of hangin out in our hometown for the summer like us. But I always thought it said "I love the distance, you said you can't take it." Eh, I could be wrong. Still a good song! |

What the heck? Nickle Creek translated this song to music? I have music books dated back to the 1940's that I inherited from my grandmother when she passed away and Sweet Afton is in a few of them. I always thought they were just replaying a song popular over half a century ago. |

Yeah, seriously, they musta met some snotty ass bitches. That's why you don't always fall for the beautiful ones, DUMBASSES! You search for who the person is. I think this songs a good example of how some girls are, but also a good example of how hopelessly worthless guys are in a "hot chicks" presence. They LET them twist their heads off! |

AHha! I agree with ZBOV. His actin goofy in the song is just a way of sayin how the girl makes him feel (like he's using drugs) which isn't exactly the best analogy, cause I wouldnt want someone to describe me like using a drug. Anyway, I like the song too. Stupid people, it's not about drugs |
