I think this song's meaning is pretty straight forward She's saying that when she's around her lover she thinks he's a God and whatever she wants him to be in her head. Yet, she sometimes doubts that he is really what she makes him out to be "in her head". She's making up a this wonderful person in her head that she's with, however she's beginning to see that maybe he's not a great guy. She's saying she doesn't want to be fool hearted and such. But she's convincing herself that this guy is great. Denial, basically. P.S. These lyrics are faulty. |
