I can some people say that compared to vocals in some of his other songs this is nothing. THese vocals are some of the most amazing vocals I've ever heard, just because it's different, just because it isn't slipknot or whatnot you think it's not any good or not as good as slipknot. Just to clarify for some ppl, it's not about actuall litteral abuse, it's figuartivly. It's like a dream he has where he stangles her and wants her to say the three words so he'll let go. Basically throughout the whole song he explains their relationship and such and how she never says the three words back to him which he says to her. She left him and the dream is the result. He just wants to here the three words. |

Guys, the great thing about christian rock these days is that since the music isn't overtly christian, the music to many ppl can have many different meanings. Ie. pod, blindside and so on and so forth. I can see how this song could be about a girl, but i also so it could be about god, or christ and i can also see that this song could be about anybody that's helped you along your journey through life. |

Glassjaw didn't change their style of music to sell records, they changed they're style because of artist progression. THere's a difference.
