i have no idea why but this song conveys the image of 2 gay lovers escaping from prison, and then one gets shot in the leg to fall in a pool of mud. The guards and dogs are chasing them down and the guy in the mud is like
"Go on bobby, its okay, you can do something better with your life"
then bobby runs on by himself, and makes it free. He then places his dreams to a coin (theres a kinda wierd symbolism) and reminices about how things could be

i was at my best friends party and i saw the most beautiful girl i had ever seen in my life, her name was kim white.
i tried to talk to her and couldn't find the words
i tried to signal but see couldn't see
but then this song came on everything became clear to me
a few days later i traveld 25 miles on bike to her church where a poured my heart out to her and all kept thinking were the wise lines
