Nirvana – Sappy Lyrics | 22 years ago |
THIS ONES HARDER TO INTERPRET. I THINK HE WROTE IT ABOUT HIMSELF WHILE HE WAS BORED AND IN A LAUNDRY ROOM AND SAID THOSE LINES BECAUSE THEY WERE THE FIRST TO COME TO HIS HEAD. HE DID ALOT OF THAT. LISTEN TO TEEN SPIRIT. |
Nirvana – Rape Me Lyrics | 22 years ago |
kurt called rolling stone magazine , and i quote, "my favorite inside source", so obviously, this song is about the press and the media and how they wont leave him alone, and their "raping him" but invading his privacy and interfering with his personal life. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY HE DID NOT WANT TO BE A ROCK STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
Nirvana – You Know You're Right Lyrics | 22 years ago |
whoever said these were the lyrics to the song is mentally damnaged and needs to get their hears checked i will never bother you i will never promise to i will never follow you i will never bother you never speak a word again i will crawl away for good i wont move away from here you wont be afraid of fear no thought was put into this always knew it'd come to this things have never been so swell i have never felt so well hey, yeah x3 you know you're right x3 im so warm and calm inside i no longer have to hide lets talk about someone else steaming soup begins to melt nothing really bothers her she just wants to love herself i wont move away from here you wont be afraid of fear no thought was put into this always knew it'd come to this things have never been so swell i have never felt this well hey, yeah x5 you know you're right x17 hey... most likely about him and courtney getting divorced and how he doesnt want it to happen and how courtney put no thought into it and jumped the gun without considering him. "she just wants to love herself" refering to courtney not being in love with kurt anymore. oh, and the part about being swell and feeling well, its sarcastic and refering to how his childhood pain is coming back because he doesnt want to be plagued with another devestating divorce in his life. |
Nirvana – All Apologies Lyrics | 22 years ago |
this song is about frances. "what else should i be" hes a star, a father, a husband, what else is there really to acomplish next? you just live out the rest of his life. alot of people speculate that when he says "what else should i say? everyone is gay" thats hes admitting his own homesexuality, but thats not entirly true. its sarcasm. the song skipd from frances, to courtney, and to him self. when he repeats "all in all its all we are" , he refering to humanity in general, not any specific people. i may not be 100% accurate, but neither are any of you. the only who REALLY know the meaning is, and always will be, kurt |
Nirvana – About a Girl Lyrics | 22 years ago |
