i always thought this song was about tim and matt and their early days going to shows and playing shows at gilman street, and when they went on tour with Op Ivy, cause on Op Ivy's first US tour they rode around in a 4 door car with a box on top and it was just the four of them, and then they got a lot of attention and broke up, and then the end is about matt, because after Op Ivy broke up matt and tim were pretty disillusioned by music, and then they started rancid. |
