my very last day of high school i walked out of school and right into one of my friends cars and drove 3 1/2 hrs to see these guys in concert...when they played this song all i could think about was how fitting it was to see it live on my very last day of high school ever, and how awesome it was that i was there with 3 of my best friends. |

i saw the guys perform this song the day the space shuttle columbia crashed, and i'll never forget the feelin in the room. they dedicated the song to the crew and their families...it was so cool to be surrounded by people feelin for the crew and families...really emotional. |

this song really gets to me everytime i listen to it. im going from iowa to oregon in a few months for school, and it really hurts to think about who all im leaving behind..im going to miss them all so much & even though i'll be back for breaks, things'll never be the same again. |

this song reminds me of a lot of things, but 2 in particular. 1, One time a friend and i were in my car going around a corner singing this song and almost wrecked the car, and 2, one of my friends got called in by the army in jan. and had to leave and at his goodbye party we listened to this song and the part "when destiny calls you/you must be strong/i may not be with you/but you've got to hold on" will always remind me of him. he's always been like a big brother to me and i luv him for that. miss ya rick :(

i was listening to this song just a few hours before i met the guy i want to marry. unfortunatly he lives halfway across the country for 10 more months and he's too good for me, but he's still one of my best friends and this song will always remind me of him. |
