stiffneck - i want you dead. get better ears. im no expert but it's definately not "my", it's "with". my hearing is really shitty from being around drums and cabs for the last 4 years but i can still make out the fact they are saying something along the lines of "a gaze apart with dead lovers eyes" so i will argue... cause you have shittier ears than me. anyways this is a great song and i'll probably buy their album. sorry to pick you out of the crowd but you seemed to "all knowing" about that, and the fact that you had incorrect grammar with "lover's"... anyways, the trick to figuring out lyrics is think about the point they are trying to get across and it's easier to understand what they're saying. |

this song is incredable, i think what jeff was trying to say how miserable you can be when you're depressed. its torture and no one should have to go through it, i think this song expresses how hopeless and meaningless he feels. I used "forever is such an unpleasant word" for a quote in my philosophy class... i love that line. awesome song. |
