i just think it's a test.. when i first heard this i thought it was just a song in german but after the cheering i just thought about hitler...i know it's a stupid stereotype but if i hear someone speaking in german and crowds cheering i can't help thinking about hitler(sorry to germany) even tho i've been there(nice country) i'm not saying it's okay to think 'germany=hitler' but if some ppl (including me) did, i think ppl have these stereotypes cuz WW2 was such a big thing and 60yrs isn't exactly long considering there are number of jews that remember the whole nazi thing |

really... does it matter if this is punk... i mean the lyrics would stink anyway if it actually was punk... i know it's not punk... she only dresses something LIKE punk... she just saids she's punk and anti-pop to get attention but i call it punk at least for the sake of HER... it's obvious she's gonna go totally pop worser than britney... if she doesn't she probably won't last long anyway... and really...who thought of the idea she looks like Sarah Michelle Gellar(though i don't judge music by artists or looks..) and why is she so aroused by this anti-pop thing.. i don't like pop stars but i think every genre of music has at least one song that's good enough to listen.... i'm sure SHE listens to pop |

this is just my opinion.. but this whole thing is getting real pathetic about whether this song is punk or not... i think if avril calls it punk, it's punk... i don't really like her, but i respect all singers whether he or she's a true musician or not. and i respect their music because i believe all music should be respected for the mere fact that it's the artist call's it music, and it is.. it's like the way we respect others for the fact he or she is a human being. and i don't think we have the right to call it "pop" or "punk" of whatever we want to call it... because this song should be respected as punk if avril calls it punk....(whether it is really punk or not) just my opinion.... and i think this song is "punkish" enough to call it punk... although her other songs aren't as punk as this... but i'd still call it punk... |
