Yeah, id agree. The first time I heard this song i was really young, and it was on the movie. I guess i always just pictured pink singing about exactly what was happening in that scene. Although Zonker may be on to something by telling us to listen to the music and come up with our own ideas, the main target of most of these comments have been to determine what Waters and Berret were thinking and feeling when this song was written.

Yeah, i know what you mean. Me and this girl I was seeing used to drive around at 2 or so at night and just go nowhere. We'd have all the windows down and we would just cruise around till morning. It felt like we were the only people in the world, and nothing mattered, accept that we couldnt keep the sun down. It makes me feel good just thinking about it

I can remember listening to this song driving to the lake, or headed out to Colorado. Theres just this feeling you get, like just before it rains. Its almost indescribable and this song just tops it off. It helps you feel that way any time. This is a truely great song, way to go BTE

Its probarbly not what the songs really about, but around here a Coyote is someone who does a smugglers run across mexico into texas. They pretty much follow I40 and drop these illegal imigrants off in the different states from here to cali. My guess is this song may have something to do with that. Any way, hell of a song.
