i think this song is about movies and the experiencs you share with these fictional charactors , the movie quotes are a given "dear captain send the S.O.S we're gonna go down" i picture something out of star treck. "how's apollo been treating you? has he been a good boy since the day i left?" is like after a movie you dont knwo how the rest of the story goes. "is it all you've shared with them that makes us paranoid? is it the dream that one day you might be something you're not? is it all you've shared with them that makes us paranoid? is it the dreams that makes us real?" all you shared with them as in being with them through out the movie and being so helpless, and being something you're not : being able to help them out in a movie or book. |
