The Doors – Orange County Suite Lyrics 22 years ago
Some of the finest doors lyrics I think. I only wish it was released on CD. Does anyone know when this song was written or whom it was written for?

The Doors – You're Lost Little Girl Lyrics 22 years ago
Robby wrote this song. Jim originally didn’t want to sing it.

The Doors – The Crystal Ship Lyrics 22 years ago
LSD fueled many of early doors songs. During the early days of the doors on the sunset strip the song was associated with speed: the drug of choice among many on the strip. Yet the song was had its roots in Celtic mythology. Using disentanglement from one of Morrison many girlfriends at the time as the starting point. Morrison dramatizes the song with borrowed imagery from the legend of the Irish hero Connla in the ancient book of the dun cow. It’s true that the original lyrics of the song were changed from ‘a thousand girls, a thousand pills’ due to studio restrictions.

The Doors – Break on Through (To the Other Side) Lyrics 23 years ago
at the end of the doors movie, the man in the hall was not jim's spirit, it was death its self, you see 'death' appear all through out the movie, following him everywhere.
