i have to say alk3 is by far my favorite band. i hadn't heard this song for a while and when i finally did my heart practically stopped. it fit my situation with my ex so well it still to this day makes me stop and play it at least one more time. we broke up right before he left to go to his vacation house down the shore, his reasoning at the time was he was "too busy" (later turnin out to be a bullshit reason). i felt the same way, locked in my room broken hearted, tired of having to recover from him. another thing, why do some people make those general statements like "guys suck" and "no, girls do." one guy cant represent them all, nor can a girl speak for us all. maybe one can ruin it for all of them for one person but then that person deprives his or herself from any future relationships, which just plain sucks. unless of course youre looking to live the rest of your life alone, yet pain free. uh why did i talk so much... and i COMPLETELY agree, speakin from experience, nothing works on a girl like an acoustic guitar, nothing. bottom line, alk3 rocks and has great lyrics. this song fuckin rocks, just like all their fuckin others |

GREAT new song by allister. im pretty sure My Name Is Ben is right though, sposedly drive-thru doesnt treat them too well. big surprise. they do have some awesome bands on the label but i heard they fall short on giving them due attention (hence allister's member loss). they signed with MCA in 99, so the 3 year thing makes sense. either way, they rock. im seein em in NJ too. right on go out and get Last Stop Suburbia when it's out |
