This song is actually not about smoking the ganja. Dutchie=feeding pan used in a village. As for the references to it, this song was originally done by bob marley, called "Pass the Koutchie", which was about smoking dope. But when musical youth did it, they changed it to Dutchie instead of Koutchie. So the original version is about drugs, this one is about a feeding pan. sorry to disappoint you |
