Coup D'etat: A sudden overthrow or takeover of a governing body or authority. Haiku D'etat: A rap group comprised of 3 artists -Aceyalone & Mikah 9 from the Freestyle Fellowship, and Abstract Rude of Abstract Tribe Unique (ATU). Not that I think CTTS sings about a hip hop group, but you must admit, it's an interesting thought nonetheless. Even if the lyrics have nothing to do with the group above, it only adds credibilty to the fact that "Haiku D'Etat" _is_ a play on words 'Haiku' and "Coup D'Etat'. |
