| Did anyone see the ER a couple of years ago when this song was playing? All the characters were shown contemplating their lives, the things that had happened, what it meant to them, their place in the world. I thought that was a good interpretation of it. Great song. The lines "You know that I'll protect you from all of the obscene" and "You know that I will save you from all of the unclean" really remind me of myself and how I feel regarding my children. Also "my whole world surrounds you" . I don't know really what it means but for me it describes just how I feel about my kids. It's a love that is so intense that it actually hurts sometimes. |
