Hmm, close, but I disagree slightly. I think Reese (the singer) is talking to a girl that he was engaged with a few years ago, but they broke up before they got married. Since then, Reese married another girl. I think this song is about Reese meeting his ex fiance, and realizing all these things that's happened to her since they split. He realizes that she's lost all the beautiful things in her she used to love, and that she's fallen pretty far from God as well. Now, I could be wrong, but that's my hypothesis. |

Hehe I got that, hehe funny. For those of u who are clueless that lineis in... track 7 I believe of the same CD. Anyways, great, awesome, amazing song. I've never heard a song that made me smile yet wanna cry as much as this one. Amazing. And as for the "Let the weak say I am strong" line, I believe it applies to option 2, It makes a lot more sense with what the song meaning is going for, and I think that if it was in a hymn, it would be more directed to making the weak strong. Its not just saying to let the weak say their strong, let them become strong, so that they can say it. Long explanation, but i hope that helps ya out. God bless. |

Hey can't we all like metal and punk at the same time?? Im not much of a fan of slipknot , but i like some of their music. A bit too demonic for me though. (heretic's anthem) I do listen to metal and metal and more metal and i love it. But i pride myself in my variety of music tase. I can be listening to say... project 86, stop it, and pop in a green day CD. I can love both styles of music, and can love pretty much any kind of music. Excepting the following: Country (we don't care about your dog, your tractor, or your heart.) Rap (bling bling pop a cap smoke a blunt) Pop (ohh backstreet boys!! And if you're not talking about the last verse, but the longest paragraph, then you're an idiot, because thats one of the bridges.
