Um... I'm sorry. But there's a doubt in my mind. If ks7702 was there, he would have proper spellings and proper usage of grammar... Anyways, I'm not saying that ks7702 wasn't there... I'm just pointing out a doubt in mind. Back to the song, I went and downloaded the unedited video of Jeremy... And... jesus. That is powerful. I can relate to the songs (I was a problem child before, but I snapped out of it and wisened up, thank god I didn't go down the same end like Jeremy did.) and... when Eddie sings 'Jeremy Spoke In Class Today' he puts his fingers in the formation of a gun and put it to his head... And the nazi salute... oh christ. It scares me, now that someone pointed out that it shows how little intolerance that we show in school... we allow these things to happen... (I'm a high school student, still...) Defitenely get the music video. Big DEFINTATE. |

One thing, yes, it's blind, not lying. Just a minor correction (check the CD booklet one) Okay, my basic view on this song, I found it to be rather refreshing and very calm for me and I agree with the lyrics, because I feel like everything's moving ahead of me, but I'm still behind, watching the mayhem and carnage caused by the uprooting of their home and mobility of their legs. |

I agreed that all songs means differently to many other people, but that is also the reason why SongMeanings.net put up this website so we can see how other people percieve the message behind the song to be. I, however, feel that sex and drugs are too merely easy to be an answer for everything. When I first heard this song, I felt... extreme relaxation and it also influenced me from where I'm going and I would love to have the CD with the song on it... (Does anybody know the name of the CD?) Right now, I'm undergoing a drama where I feel that I have lost the girl of my dream to another person (who is my 'friend'... ack) because I did not ask her out sooner. Right now, I'm just merely stumbling over my feet, dealing with the mixed emotion that I'm feeling. I feel that I should just move on (I just want to stop running, but I can't help but to continue) but I have a feeling that I should stay and just... run around in circles (spinning free) Right now, I'm asking if she is listening... and I'm waiting for a reply before going back to my world. (I'm not a singer, but this song inspired me to do some poetry and write a few lyrics for a song in work...) Anyways, that's my two cents. I'm just wondering what's yours. Go Kirby! (>'')> |
