its definately about LSD. but my opinion always is that songs are made to be interpreted different ways. maybe one person has a totally way off idea on this song, but they love it because of their meaning for it. if you try hard enough you can relate yourself to nearly every song even if its just one line that you love. |

okay well...let me just say that i would probably like avril if it werent for her image. she sings really well, and shes good at what she does. but she looks like a total fool when she sings songs like this - which are far from punk - wearing all her punk clothes, bouncing up and down. maybe she is punk, which is fine, but she looks silly when her songs dont match her image |

this song relates to me so much. the guy who told me about it was a friend of mine, and he kept trying to tell me to get over this guy that i'd always run back to everytime something bad happened. except the guy i kept running to would just play me for a while, but as soon as he'd get sick of me he'd leave me there. now ive moved on and i hardly ever speak to the bad guy, except when i do he tries to make me fall for him again because he doesnt like the fact that im not obsessed with him anymore...i've been so close to falling into his trap again but im stronger now...some people really do suck dont they |

this song relates to me sooo much. the whole 'hey dad' bit could pretty much say 'hey everyone'...im so sick of not being good enough for everyone, and when i am good enough they can still always find some thing i've done wrong. in all of there worlds, i'll never ever be perfect and they will always be some much better than me. |

okay i was reading things about blink 182 from this comment section here, and from others to do with blink 182...and why do people have a problem with them. who cares if they just do pop songs - some people like it whatever it is. who cares if theyre in it just for the money (which i highly doubt because i know that they would have became musicians because they enjoyed playing and were interested in making their own music) they play/make songs that people like. and if people see there songs differently and think they mean different things then who cares. one person can think it means somehting totally different to someone else, and if that one person enjoys it because of its meaning then why take that enjoyment away from them by calling them stupid of whatever. its there mind, not yours. |
