this song has always made me cry. being a lover of sid vicious, this song totally made me think of him the second i heard it. i know a few people that could relate to this song about a person who tries too hard to be accepted by everyone. or even someone who just tries to put on the front that they are a total badass when on the inside, they are crying out for someone to see that they are hurting.
i always seem to reach out to those people, because when you realize that someone is putting on a mask to hide up their true face, its hard not to help them. |

i agree with most of you... johnny had the talent to write songs & perform them obnoxiously, which was great... but there definatly was sumpthin about that sid. i love that man! and he definatly helped the sex pistols along. johnny was behind the sex pistols, the brains of the operation... but sid was the poster boy regardless of his bad attempts at playing bass. even so... the sex pistols are frickin amazing & i love them. this song was the first song i ever heard from them & ever since then i was hooked. music today is all crap... the sex pistols & ramones are the real deal. |
