Some of these Lennon connections seem to be a bit of a stretch, but the lines "classless, clever and free" and "living on borrowed time" could have likely been pinched. Either way, it's a fantastic song and at the rate Liam's going he'll soon be one of the best songwriters in music. |

Debaser was right, it was written for Noel's ex-wife, Meg Matthews. The band stopped playing it live after they got divorced but I just saw them live last week and Noel's started playing it again. |
