This is supposed to be a sequel to "Polly". In "Polly", it was about the guy raping a girl. In "Rape Me", it is about the rapist now in jail talking to his peers, the men who will in turn rape him. Yes, there are elements of being screwed over by the Vanity Fair people and by the media and what have you, but that's not the only angle. I'm not sure there are any Nirvana songs that have one meaning. Some don't have any meaning at all. |
