Can I just say that this is possibly the greatest song ever? It is utterly impossible not to love this song. Me and my friends refer to this as "The Fun Song" and we even have a dance to it.....amazing!! the piano freak out before the chorus is the best part and the la la la's are awesome : ) |

When I listen to this song and read the lyrics it makes me think of a guy sitting in a bar and hes pretty much drunk and all the while he is surrounded by drunks and he's just singing to his drink saying that its both of them against the rest of the world, while sitting in this crazy bar......i could be wrong and i jsut wanted to say that i think the use of this song didn't really have to do with explaining the ear cutting scene i think it was jsut to show how sadistic mr. blonde was that hed be dancing around to this "good times" song while torturing someone |

This is one of those songs that is so beautiful it would be too painful to try to find what the meaning is. I honestly listen to this song at least once a day just to repeat the words and try to grasp the meaning of it. This is definately one of my favorite Saves the Day songs. This is one of my favorite songs simply because everytime I listen to it, it feels like the first time i've heard it, and the emotion never gets old, and the feeling never gets old, and dave's passion never gets old. This song is just gorgeous, so simplistic yet so moving at the same time.

Sometimes lyrics don't have to be completely intricate and complicated to be genious. Some times a sincere display of raw emotion can be considered genious and the line "Shut up when I'm talkin to you!" is an amazing thing to hear and listening to Chester scream it as he does almost makes it ten times better. Sometimes the simplest songs are best and music sometimes is just created to help people get over agression and when i listen to this song and sit there and scream "Shut Up!" while I'm listening to it helps me completely. And Linkin Park is not at all like Limp Bizkit when it comes to selling out Limp Bizkit jsut became an annoying bunch of guyz who were totally in your face and claiming to be the best thing you've ever heard. Linkin Park comes across as a bunch of humble guyz who write their music based on raw emotions and actual experiances. |

This is absolutely my fave Blink song it COMPLETELY describes wut i feel like sumtimes when all i hear is complaints and lectures from my parents and i just wanna get away. And just the lines "I know what it's like.." and "You're not alone" completely comfort me. i acctually walked barefoot down the street one time while i was walkin my neighbors dog. i literally just took my shoes off and left them on the sidewalk and these two old ppl ended up walkin by them and just stared at them it was one of the most comfortable moments of my life cuz i just felt free and happy cuz i didn't give a crap wut anyone thought bout the catholic school girl walkin round the neighborhood in barefeet. |

I absolutely LOVE this song it literally makes me cry and very few songs have ever done that to me. Tom can write some of the most gorgeous lyrics i have ever heard. O but jsut a correction it's not "lapping in the glow of our headlights", it's "laughing" and the pills "aren't" kind. Yo dude we don't go dissin' your bands jeez we can like whoever we wanna like. and jsut a note to everyone it's kinda sumthin ive read all over the place that so called "emo" bands HATE to be called "emo" because in all reality all music is emotional i think they'd jsut rather be called rock or punk or it doesn't really matter all that's really important to a band is that they get to express themselves and hopefully touch those whop listen to their music. DC definately does that very well because anyone who is a fan of his is deeply touched by his singing and his lyrics. |

I love this song it is one of my favorite songs ont he album along with "Freakish" and "At your Funeral" and "cars& calories" (ok maybe i jsut liek the whole album ALOT!) but it describes a situation i can relate to very well just loving someone so much you would do anything for them and even if they don't even feel the same you u love them anyway. Luckily i've gotten over this person but still if the obsession had ended like the song it would make it my overall favorite. |

Out of the entire PYHCTFTM cd this is my favorite song. And believe me all fo the songs are amazing I can't imagine ever writing liek this or performing like Chris does. His singing and lyrics are so intense you feel like you understand this man's pain in only half an hour. And even though I'm not that young i have never really experianced the feelings of heartbreak but listening to Chris sing makes me feel like I understand it completely. |
