I actually heard the Rasputina version first, and thought I'd give the Manson version a listen (I haven't been much of a Manson fan. Esp. when it comes to his covers)...wow. The Rasputina version is about a million times better, esp. musically. I don't think enunciating means you have no emotion, but whatev. |

The voice effects on this song are so cheesy, they're hilarious. This is an awesome road trip song...good for driving, and singing along to: 'I've got to get away from here'. You have to try and emulate the silly echoes though, or it doesn't work quite right. It's not some amazing work of musicality, but it's certainly entertaining. And sometimes, that's enough. |
