I agree with kateh, this song is obviously about abortion and the feeling of guilt afterwards. the singer is basically looking back thinking about all the things that the child missed out on, like their first kiss. Incredibly moving and emotional song. |

Great song. Adam Duritz is the best song writer ever. The first time I listened to this song, I put it on repeat and listened to it like 10 times. It's like song was written for me man. I always find myself getting hurt by females and then totally tearing myself up over it; sitting alone on my balchony thinking. Then, I go and do it all over again, just a sucker for love I guess. |

I think this song is about God. Most of Jason's lyric have a spiritual meaning to them and wel frankly, it makes this songthat much more passionate and amazing. However you want to interpret the song though, it's awesome. The passion with which he sings it and the emotion that he put into it really make the song great. It hard to hear this son and not get at least alittle emotional, it's just one of those songs that touches your soul. I love Lifehouse, great song, phenomenol record. |

This is an amazing song, both musically and lyrically. orey Taylor is a great writer with an amazing ability to express exactly how he feels. This song is about a man that has become totally fed up with this world and all it's calous people. He wishes he was deviod of feeling so he wouldn't hurt so bad, and wishes he had never bee born so that he wouldn't have had to experiece the harshness of reality. I can totally relate to this song, I've felt the same way before. It's a beautiful song, with great vocals.
And to Rockstar, I can personally say that Corey Taylor and Slipknot HAVE helped people in stressful times. Hearing other people, especially people with all that money, have to deal with the same fake, cold hearted, calous people that I sometimes do, makes you feel like you aren't the only one facing these problems. That totally helps me when I'm struggling. |

I love this song, it ttally reminds me of this girl that I liked. She was going out with thi dickhead but as much as she hated being with him, she wouldn't leave him.
