@[AquarianRose:54909] Hello, I am Thea Abigail de Leon, from Davao Philippines, and I happen to be a fan of Aqua. My biggest favorite hit song is "Cartoon Heroes". In almost any wrap or song I hear, there is always a thing or two which leaves me hanging. My desire to correctly interpret every line has bothered me for so long. Listening to the lyrics many times led me to this insight, that people by nature are gullible, meaning they believe almost anything they hear or see. Though many kids are in fact very intelligent or even prodigies, there are also some who are too young to understand. If the latter are too serious or literal, their minds might be cooped up, without proper guidance, discipline or education. That is where adult intervention comes in handy. I may be wrong, but I do not see any hint of "boasting" or "stop trying" in the line "What we do is what you just can't do." Humans of course, cannot know or do everything we wish for (like flying, attaining perfection or holding our breath for over 2 minutes), but that does not mean we are not capable of becoming an outstanding version of ourselves. I believe Jesus is our only perfect and mighty superhero who loves us all unconditionally in spite of our flaws. If we trust in Him for help and guidance, He is always there to protect us and lend an ear to our silent prayers. To add a twist, Christmas Day is the Toontown Party that celebrates the birthday of Jesus our Lord and Savior. I am open to hearing other feedback about the song. |

| Sergio Mendes – Take This Love Lyrics | 1 month ago |

Hi, I am Thea Abigail de Leon from Davao Philippines. Am still single and have not experienced what romance is like. Only my interpretation, but I am open to differing feedback. I think what Sergio means by "point of no return", is that if the girl continues playing hard to get and decides to decline his urging for her to approve, she might end up with another man. She might regret. Given this condition, nothing new, just the same old unending cycle of breakups. |
