I read that it was NOT written by Steve Perry
I read someone state that the "sent a letter " part was a reference to "bringing out your best . . . "
I thought it meant he sent home money, the silver. "Not of clay," I take to mean that he couldn't go home himself. He's stuck elsewhere. |
