Freddie was much too private to ever be so public as to write a "coming out"song so my take is its just what it says on the tin. Guy murdered another guy for nasty behaviour. Guy can't believe it and then reality hits him hard. He knows his life is over and he can't make it right. Accepts his fate and has a moment of trying to do the coward thing "the devil made me" comes to his senses again and goes to prison to serve his 8 years and be on license the rest of his life. |
