| Abu Nailah – 27224 (This Is What Friendship Feels Like) Lyrics | 18 hours ago |

I recently realized that this short piece, lasting only about 17 seconds, was coincidentally created during what I often call _the golden time_. Back then, everything still felt whole, and the friendships carried a warmth that I wanted to capture in sound. That is why I subtitled it “this is what friendship feels like”, which is explicitly a nod to JVKE’s titling style, which inspired me. It’s a simple gesture, but it reflects how music can hold onto fleeting moments of connection. Looking back, "27224" now feels like the first act in a larger arc. It represents the joy and closeness of friendship before the rupture I later expressed in "cycling remains", and before the dedication I offered in "17325 (Waltz for NDC)". Together, these works trace a journey: from the good times, to loss, to tribute. Fans have even decoded the initials of NDC across some of the songs via online buzz, showing me how much curiosity and care they bring when listening closely. |

| Originally, this song was meant to debut in 2024. But because my first channel was hacked, the release had to be postponed until July 2025. That’s why the metadata shows two different years: the C line (©) is 2024, reflecting when the work was first created, while the P line (℗) is 2025, marking the year of its actual publication. This labeling may have been set by me or automatically by my distributor, but either way it helps explain why both years appear in the credits. | |

When I created this song, I wanted to reinterpret NIKI’s "High School in Jakarta" through the lens of my own Indonesian high school experience during the pandemic. I integrated elements from Lenka’s "Trouble Is a Friend" into the arrangement, inspired by my previous mashup of both songs: "Trouble is a Friend" × "High School in Jakarta". Because the structure of my song follows NIKI’s original framework, Lenka’s track had to be reshaped to fit that flow. Some platforms don’t have a proper category for mashups, so they automatically labeled it as a remix. That’s why you might see credits like "Remixed by 'High School in Insance'". In reality, it’s not an official remix; it’s a mashup-style reinterpretation that blends NIKI’s storytelling with Lenka’s instrumentality to reflect my own journey. Anyways, this Affah Imyacght account is my second account of Abu Nailah here, so don't be confused. |

This cover is actually released on major platforms too, like Spotify and Apple Music, but it is not the original representation of the song, which is just a packed EP, including the Islamic version, added flute, studio acapella, added percussions, and added the other instrumentation. Oh yeah, I also just want to add the insight on this second edition of my _ISIJK + Me_ series here, got helped by Copilot for the words. This second year felt different. The pieces got longer, the emotions heavier. I started the EP with "7924 (a day before my day)", a quiet reflection before my birthday. It’s just 37 seconds, but it holds a lot. That moment before turning a year older always makes me think about where I’ve been and where I’m heading. "30924 (threed)" was built as a minuet with trio. That’s why I called it ‘threed’. There are no lyrics, just notes, because the _ISIJK + Me_ series is meant to speak through sound alone. It’s my way of letting the music carry the emotion without words getting in the way...for now. Then there’s "17325 (Waltz for NDC)". NDC is a chronotope I keep returning to. It’s a place, a memory, a feeling. You’ll find it mentioned in "cycling remains" too. This waltz is for that space in my heart that NDC occupies. It’s nostalgic, maybe even a little bittersweet. The last track, "241224 (Thirdly Harmonized)", is unfinished. I left it that way on purpose, unfortunately, so I only got a half score. After the emotional rupture (summarized in "cycling remains"), I couldn’t bring myself to complete it. It’s raw, unresolved, and maybe that’s okay. Not everything needs closure. |

| Also, the faint chattering layered beneath the intro, alongside the aforementioned SFXs before, may symbolize the ambient gossip or emotional noise that contributed to the rupture Abu reflects on. It’s subtle, but adds a haunting realism to the memoryscape. | |

Sometimes you will find made-up lyrics by AI in searches or some sort, so please recheck the lyrics again to avoid misinformation. Here is the example of some made-up lyrics found: Verse 2: But, you’re not here now And I’m riding without you all The roads we used to take Are now just memories Chorus: Cycling remains, but you’re not here The laughter echoes, but it’s disappeared I keep pedaling through the pain Hoping to find the real you again Bridge: Every turn reminds me of you Every sunset feels so blue I wish you could see me now Riding through this empty town |

| Regarding the hacking incident, I think it's a bit more upsetting cuz he saidt that at the night before he turned off his devices, the account is still there, and then the next day (just few hours though), it got logged out from all of his devices. So it looks like it happened when he slept that night, until he realized...🙂 | |

I guess these lyrics are the earlier original version of this song used in his college introductory, and the released version is a different version: using piano arrangements and modulating each one in the seven modes. |
