Coming in on this 18 years too late but… I listened to a Paul Simon audiobook recently and he said it’s about his dad getting a terminal cancer diagnosis (which turned out to be wrong. He was told he had three months to live and he lived for Another seven). Just a little lump-the cancer -through the creases and the shadows -x ray This was from the man himself by the way! |
