I'm surprised, all these comments about the song being about talking a girl to piss off, but none mentionning what I thought was the point of the song? Maybe I got it all wrong lol but to me, the lyrics "you got a thousand boys, you say you need em" and "lately it's been so hard to make ends meet", plus "you're headin down a one way street, and you're foolin everybody but me" etc, all kind of indicated the one way street in question was some kind of pr0st!tution, like this song always kinda reminded me of Roxanne by the Police in a way, you know what I'm saying? Like, he's telling her if that's how she wants to deal with stuff, he wants no part in it Maybe I'm overinterpreting |
