I wonder does your brother think about that incident as deeply as you, and do you two get along today. You mentioned evil but not good. Kinda like you shined a light on evil. Kinda like you gave evil credit. You sound intelligent but it also sounds like you’re snuffing out your faith. And if the same evil is doing that then it’s won another trophy. If I were you I wouldn’t give any evil credit for a a grain of dirt. I’d turn those thoughts completely around & give credit to goodness. But that’s just me. It’s your call. 😕 |

@[hallospacegirl:54352] I suffer from depression (but take medicine for it) not implying you suffer from depression too, just to let you know why, I am not brought down from these lyrics or melody. But reading your comment enlightened me some, that I wanted to reply to it. The 1st & only time I heard this song was watching a rerun of Person of Interest (S1 Ep 21)
The song, in my opinion, fits well for what’s going on in the scene. I just got curious & looked up the lyrics. And I still think the song fits in that episode. The song expresses exactly what’s going on in the character’s heart. Which is how I can see the difference between being heartbroken & being depressed. (But that’s just me) And in my humble opinion I think who’s ever idea it was to use that song in the episode Many Happy Returns was a genius. Perhaps if you watched it too, you may see it in a different light. But that’s your call. ❤️🩹 |
