| Natalie Imbruglia – Friday I'm in Love (The Cure cover) Lyrics | 5 months ago |
| @mteblano I think your off base on this one. I’d you listen to the song, they are talking about being scared and alone. Most likely an interrogation room. Also they are talking about phones being taped which would imply that the cops are surveilling they which would lead them into the interrogation room, if they were busted. Which would lead to the lesson of 1966. Miranda rights definitely go hand and hand in those rooms. Say nothing and don’t let them interrogate you, so you cannot incriminate yourself. And also the last verse he speaks of being scared to open the doors of fear of being shot if he shows his face. Which would imply that they are being raided I would assume. The wire taps and such will then become part of the interrogation which he will use the Miranda rights. I mean I loved this song and went to prison for selling drugs and I can tell you this before I got raided, I felt exactly as he is speaking about this and him being scared and paranoid that the cops are outside. The one part says turn the cameras and it doesn’t exist would imply that he’s been busted and in the room. We’ll when I was in there, they turned off the cameras numerous times trying to offer me a deal to give people up. So when he says turn the cameras off and it doesn’t exist, they are trying to offer him a deal off the record to make the charges disappear. I mean this song explained about the last month prior to my door getting battered down by a battering ram and 18 guys rushed in and out assault rifles in our faces. I’f you never done anything illegal or sold substantial amounts of drugs where your going to prison for double digits I wouldn’t assume you have never sat there starring at cameras of ur property see a insect fly by the camera thinking it’s the cops out there coming to fuck your world off. I feel whoever this song was written about cause I feel like it was me 😂 and also I don’t know id you follow devil makes three st all our their fan base, but a lot of us are world travelers be a lot us are grimy as fuck and we sell drugs when we’re not traveling to support our travels in the past. But eventually when you pull six digit incomes and the cops are there in ur woods watching you but you don’t know for sure if it is them or paranoia in ur own head, it is mentally draining. And I hear that about whoever the song is about. It sound s like he can’t differentiate the difference between if he’s really just bugging out or the cops are actually out there. When It says face in bricks, that implies he is probably getting shackled up after they tossed him on ground after kicking his door in | |
